Local cat Mittens stuggles with what is now a pandemic after a new strain of Nepeta Cataria or cat nip as its commenly called blankets the nation.
Owners are frusterated after this sudden outburst of un-controled substances causes their cats to go crazy. one owner stated "Spot was always such a good cat but after ingesting this cat nip she has become violent. She stays out late, dosent answer my call, shes hanging out with her clowder. and runs away when I try to retrive her i picked her up from the pound twice this week" this community responce has citzens in an uproar demanding legislation and help in these troubled times.
